Månafossen is the highest
waterfall in Rogaland and most spectacular. The walk up from the car park is
short but quite a steep scramble and can be muddy in places. Don't be put
off in bad weather, the waterfall can be awesome after heavy rainfall.
It needs a "climb" about 20
minutes from the car park to see the waterfall. The path goes over lots of
rock and boulders and there are several places with staircases and chains to
hold on to.
